Sword guard (tsuba)
Sword guard, Bushu schools, circular. Positive silhouette of bamboo branches and leaves; gold spots. Pierced, carved, engraved, and damascened; gold damascening; brown patina; rim varied. Two blade holes (?) Inscription on obverse; signed Massayoshi who lived in Bushu.
