Panel

Panel, seamed up middle of brown and orange cut velvet on worn gold thread design. Central panel has design of large, sprawling leaves(?). Three borders on sides; two of greek key meander, central one of lotus blossoms and leaves. Ends bordered with one wide, later(?) border of the meander. Piece badly worn. Lining of gold-colored silk of cloud design.
