Priest's Apron
Priest's apron (theatrical?) of gold k'ossu with five-clawed dragons in green. (Note details woven with peacock feathers). From the peplum band of apron hang six rows of loose tabs, three in each row, and each of varying length. Each of the two upper strips is tipped with three brass pellet-bells. The six lower, longest strips are edged with long tassel. Strip, peplum, and apron proper banded with black velvet. The apron attached to a wide waist band of rust-red satin, and lined with pink silk. Seal inscription on lining notes that this apron belonged to the T'a Chih theatre.
