Segusha

Braided-net fringe, cloth band, Pieced plaid lining. Red cotton flannel ground with polychrome silk embroidery. There is a wide braided band at left and lower edge, with silk and metallic wrapped tassels. A green silk binding finishes the upper edge. There is a woven plaid cotton packing, secured to the reverse with starch paste. Made to lie flat at corner with fringe hanging over edge.
