a (vest): sleeveless; long front panels; short in back; panels are blue and white batik with red and white applique trim on bottom sectino; upper front and back covered with cross stitched geometric embroidery of red, green and yellow stitched to black back; neck band is same pattern of cross stitching; b (jacket): black body with royal blue neck band; light blue sleeves, 2/3 covered with cross stitch geometric embroidery; same embroidery pattern on bottom 1/3 of back in reds, green and white; orange, black and white fabric connected to bottom with bright orange bands
