Chasuble fragment
part of striped silk chasuble from a priest's vestment, Louis SVI design.; a flowing ribbon motif in metal thread both gold and silver over a cream background of heavy silk, much worn; a garland motive of delicate leaves in silver and pink flowers and knots of pink roses brocaded over the stripes completes the design
