Panel, woven of velvet on cotton. Red ground, covered with alternating rows of small flowers and leaf-shaped motifs. Border composed of simulated Herati design in brown and black on white ground, alternating with double rosettes in same colors. Silk and cotton. N.B. These panel were sometimes used as prayer rugs.
