The colophons translate as:

1 (first three lines): “Born in Suruga Province; its land of origin the village of Ōmi. ’Tis the finest mountain in all the world; no other can begin to compare.”

2 (final four lines): “Even foreigners must come all the way here if they want to see the greatest mountain in the world!”
