5" waist band and ties in one piece (PR is cut off); band has orange, yellow and black appliqued strips bordering horizontal black and tan embroidered "train-like" design; design is repeated in three flaps hanging loose form waist band with strings and 6 coins; main body has decanter shape applique and embroiderd section in green, yellow. purple and red on red field with yellow border; unlined; extra 3 1/2" flap under bottom edge.
