coarse weave black jacket with blue lining; deep side vents; heavy multicolored decoration on back edges, absent on front; front edges trimmed with woven black and brown tape and multicolored embroidery (unfinished on PL); two short ties; back neck edge, yoke and top of sleeves are heavily decorated on red satin; stylized birds, dragons, horse and floral designs in braid embroidery, gold tape and sequin trim; lower back edge has satin bands--red, green and blue
