main body is woven teal brocade; side opening has frog fastener and red embroidered band; small red on green appliqued scroll pattern on lower front and back panels and on upper sleeve; bottom edges multicolored multiple strips bunched together; solid color bands on sleeves; cuffs are dirty white; blue cotton lining
