Jacket (Hundred Bird Coat)

felted silk base with blue lining, seams and cuffs; large multi-colored birds, snakes, and fish embroidered on back and front of jacket; prominent large diamond design on back and front also; 12 long bands on back and front hang from jacket bottom; at end of each band are 2 blue fan and feather tassels connected by seeds; side vents on jacket.
