torque made from one ring of solid silver; ring is divided into three by thick ridges; each ridged ring has two large dragons on it; these rings end in curlicues with flowers in the middle of the curlicues; plate of separate silver with symbol on it is attached at the very center of the torque; connecting piece is wrapped in thin wire; large cone at center where connection is made
