cone-shaped hat with animal decorations; twelve circular medallions with different animals including monkeys, water buffalo, pigs, rabbits, snakes, dragons, dogs, roosters, and deer run along the bottom of the cone; five triangular panels with fish, and two with figures standing behind fish, are seen near the top of the hat; center of hat has spike with a sphere sitting half-way up it; the spike is covered in small, round relief dots; long chain is attached at both sides of hat as a cord
