Celadon vase, from the yaozhou kilns; porcelain; baluster body divided into 6 lobes and vigorously carved with an overall pattern of peony scroll, trumpet neck lobed to match and flaring mouth with frilled rim; glaze of characteristic olive green tone; grayish stoneware body revealed at unglazed rim of foot.
