Mandarin Coat, silk tapestry weave, known as k'ossu, blue ground with all-over design of bats, clouds, peonies, etc. in white and three shades of blue. Eight Imperial dragons in gold thread. Wave border at bottom in shades of blue and yellow. Lined with light blue satin damask. The scalloped designs at the top of wave border symbolize the 'Mountains of Western Paradise'
