cotton, piece of emboidered, probably a towel end, consisting of two pieces of closely woven material joined together and embroidered at one end with three rows of four horizontal floral sprays in shades of green, brown, blue, and tinsel thread; there is a border of cross stitch at the bottom which has a selvedge as has the top; one side has a whipped hem, the other is unfinished; silk and tinsel on cotton
